All questions must follow the below guidelines to be qualified for an answer:

    • No admin/payment/access/shipping/membership related questions or inquiries. Send these to support@aussieflipside.com (don’t submit that here please and help our admin team). If you submit here, it will take us much longer to respond.
    • You can only submit one question per session
    • Be specific with just one question (with one attachment if necessary). Questions with multiple questions in one won’t be answered
    • Make sure you’ve completed the training We won’t be able to answer a question that is already answered in the training
    • Search the FAQ’s first for your answer before submitting your question
