Hi Aspiring Entrepreneurs, welcome to the wonderful world of Voxer! This incredible service allows you to have direct access to Jean and the ability to ask her those burning questions that are holding you back in your business.
To get up and running, download the app from the App Store on your smartphone (or the Android equivalent) then set up your account by following the in-app prompts. To add Jean simply type her username into the search bar. Jean’s username is listed below for you.
So that you and our other Aspiring Entrepreneurs can make the most efficient use of this service, please remember to keep your Voxer voice messages to 60 seconds or under. If you think they might take longer than 60 seconds, we suggest pre-recording or writing them out before recording them directly into Voxer. This will help ensure they’re succinct and that you get the most important points across to Jean.
Jean checks her Voxer regularly and will respond to your question within 48 hours (during business days). If you are waiting for a response, please make sure you factor in this turnaround time and be aware that Jean will not respond over the weekend.
What is not suitable to send via Voxer:
- Technical questions…
- Questions around course content not yet covered or…
- Questions to review copy or documents.
Voxer is here to provide you with strategic advice and we recommend trying a Google search for any general tech-based questions – there is a wealth of information on the web that you can take advantage of!
What if my Voxer doesn’t meet the guidelines:
- Unfortunately Jean will not be able to listen to your recording…
- And you will be asked to review and resend it, so that it meets the guidelines referred to above.
